To kick off our 2019 season we will be playing some ultimate frisbee! It’s for everyone: a great event to ease into the preseason and have a lot of fun together.
We’ll be playing round robin style short games, followed by a strength circuit to finish the session.
Come at 8:55am so we can get started right on 9am.
Bring your runners, water bottle and a towel.
